Born in 1971, Carmine Petteruti is Assistant Professor of Comparative Public Law Department of Political Science, University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”. He became Attorney at Law in 2002 and Ph.D. in European and Comparative Environmental Law. He got the National Scientific Habilitation as an Associate Professor of Public Comparative Law in 2007. Main topics of his research activity are South Asia Public Law, Environmental Law (energy, water, waste, ecc.). He published essays and books on public comparative law topics. He developed his studies through sundry research experiences in Italy and abroad.
